Catrenna Dawson
With over a decade of Human Resources leadership and more than 20 years in church administration and ministry, Catrenna Dawson has dedicated her life to supporting, developing, and guiding people. She is a servant-hearted strategist, a faith-based leadership coach, and a seasoned HR professional with a passion for helping individuals grow into the leaders God has called them to be.
Throughout her career, she has guided teams, coached leaders, navigated conflict, and created environments where people feel valued, seen, and understood. Her front-row seat to the world of leadership revealed something profound:
Leaders need just as much care, encouragement, and restoration as the people they serve.
Moved by prayer, purpose, and a desire to uplift others, Catrenna felt called to use her voice beyond organizational walls.
